Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with us at Giz Creations LLC. We want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below for important information.

Returns

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to inspect it.

• No returns will be accepted for cup wraps, heat transfers, or glitter.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, and with original packaging).

• A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To initiate a exchange:

1. Contact us at gizcreationsllc@gmail.com within the 3-day period.

2. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This will allow us to assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

• Custom Orders (including but not limited to heat transfers, cup wraps, and glitter)

• Personalized Items

• Hazardous Materials, such as flammable liquids or gases

Exchanges

No exchanges or refunds are allowed for:

• Heat transfers

• Any UVDTF wraps

• Glitter

• Custom orders
